I was magically teleported to a beautiful world of greenery and heavy rains ( the one thing that never fails to entice me) of the Western ghats with every turn of the page. Kuvempu truly deserves all the appreciation and titles he earned for his works. I cannot come out of the hangover of a beautifully woven plot with characters ranging from utmost innocence to unbelievable crookedness with the backdrop of vivid illustration of nature.I must say, this one is a must read for any kannada literate ಮಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮದುಮಗಳು by Kuvempu
